About Brittany

Why patients stay with the same provider.

Most people who find Hardcore Health have already been somewhere else. They have had the seven-minute appointment, the lab result emailed with "everything looks normal," the prescription with no follow-up. What they were missing was not another medication — it was a provider who read the whole chart.

Brittany built her practice around the opposite of that experience. She reviews your symptoms, history, medications, prior treatments, and labs together, explains what she sees in plain language, and tells you honestly when something is not the right fit.

Because care is delivered by secure video, that attention does not cost you a commute. You get an unhurried visit from home, and lab work can be drawn at a collection site near you when it is ordered.

How I practice

What care with Brittany actually looks like.

The difference is not a longer treatment list. It is attention — before, during, and long after the first visit.

  • Unhurried visits

A first visit is a conversation, not a form. I want your symptom history, what you have already tried, what worked, what did not, and what you actually want to change.

  • Labs read out loud

When labs are ordered, we review them together — what each marker means for you, what is in range but not optimal, and what we are watching at your next draw.

  • A plan built for your life

Shift work, travel, kids, training schedules. A plan you cannot follow is not a plan, so we build around how your week actually runs.

  • Access between visits

Questions come up after the appointment ends. You can message through the secure portal rather than waiting weeks for an opening.

  • Honest about fit

A consultation is not a prescription. If a medication is not appropriate for you, I will say so and we will talk about what is.

  • Care that continues

Follow-ups exist to adjust — dose, timing, labs, or direction — as your body and goals change over months, not just at the start.
