Director of Clinical Services

Brittany is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience.

She leads clinical care at Hardcore Health with a practical, personal approach. Her goal is to help patients better understand what may be affecting how they feel and which options, if any, may be appropriate.

Brittany begins by listening. She reviews each patient’s symptoms, medical history, current medications, lifestyle, goals, and lab results when clinically appropriate before recommending next steps.

Her approach is not based on placing every patient into the same program. It is based on understanding the full picture and creating a plan that reflects the individual.

Her approach to care

Personalized care should feel clear, thoughtful, and collaborative.

01

Listen first

Your symptoms, concerns, and goals deserve time and attention before treatment is discussed.

02

Look at the full picture

Health history, medications, lifestyle, symptoms, and lab results when appropriate are considered together.

03

Explain the options

You should understand the potential benefits, risks, limitations, alternatives, and next steps before moving forward.

04

Stay involved

Follow-up care allows Brittany to monitor progress, answer questions, and make adjustments when clinically appropriate.

A thoughtful evaluation

Treatment starts with understanding what is actually going on.

Before recommending treatment, Brittany may review:

  • Symptoms and when they began
  • Medical and family history
  • Current medications and supplements
  • Previous treatments
  • Lifestyle and wellness goals
  • Lab results when clinically appropriate
  • Potential risks, benefits, and alternatives
  • Follow-up and monitoring needs

A consultation does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. Recommendations are made only when Brittany determines that they are clinically appropriate.

Care that continues

Your plan should be reviewed as your needs change.

Treatment is not a one-time transaction. Follow-up care gives Brittany the opportunity to review progress, discuss concerns, monitor treatment response, review lab results when needed, and adjust the plan when appropriate.

Questions answered

Ask about your plan, medications, side effects, or next steps between visits.

Progress monitored

Regular check-ins help Brittany understand how you are responding.

Care adjusted when appropriate

Your plan can be updated as your health, goals, or lab results change.
