Every cost, itemized.
First-time consultation
$175
A full intake review with a licensed provider: weight and health history, current medications, symptoms, goals, and whether medication is appropriate at all.
Follow-up visit
$75
Progress review, lab interpretation when applicable, side-effect management, and dose adjustments when clinically appropriate.
Lab work
Billed separately
Ordered only when clinically appropriate. Cost depends on the panel and whether your insurance or lab benefit covers it.
Medication
Billed separately
Paid to the pharmacy, not to us. Price depends on the product, dose, your coverage, and current availability.
We accept credit and debit cards, plus HSA and FSA cards. See membership options or lab testing.
Why medication cost varies so much.
- Which medication your provider determines is appropriate, if any
- Your current dose — costs often change as a dose is titrated up
- Whether your insurance plan covers weight management medication
- Manufacturer savings programs, when you are eligible for them
- Pharmacy pricing and current product availability
- How often follow-up visits are clinically needed
Anyone quoting a single all-in monthly price for GLP-1 care is usually leaving something out. We would rather tell you what the visit costs, explain what the medication may cost, and let your provider decide what is clinically appropriate.
Cost and coverage, answered.
A first-time consultation is $175 and a follow-up visit is $75. There is no free consultation. Lab work and medication are billed separately and are not included in the visit fee.
No. Medication is dispensed by a pharmacy and paid to the pharmacy. The visit fee covers your provider's evaluation, plan, and follow-up care only.
Coverage varies widely by plan and can change. Some plans cover weight management medication with prior authorization, some cover it only for type 2 diabetes, and some exclude it entirely. Your provider and the pharmacy can help you understand what applies to your plan.
We accept credit and debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. Whether a specific expense is eligible depends on your plan administrator's rules.
Compounded products are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Price should not be the deciding factor. Your provider can discuss what is appropriate and legally available for your situation.
It depends on your plan and how you respond. Early in treatment, follow-ups are typically more frequent to monitor tolerability and adjust dosing; they often space out once you are stable.
Medical weight management and prescription medication are not appropriate for everyone. Eligibility and treatment options depend on provider evaluation, medical history, current medications, lab work when clinically appropriate, and applicable laws and regulations. Results vary.
