Medical Weight Management
Structured support that may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, lab review, follow-up care, and prescription medication when clinically appropriate.
Treatment
Hormone Health for Women
Evaluation and support for symptoms that may be associated with perimenopause, menopause, or changing hormone levels.
Treatment
Testosterone Health for Men
A full evaluation for changes in energy, strength, recovery, focus, body composition, mood, or libido.
Treatment
Peptide Therapy
Provider-guided options for qualifying patients exploring recovery, sleep, performance, or body composition support.
One provider, the whole state.
Because care is delivered by secure video, where you live in Florida does not change the quality of your visit. Patients in a Panhandle county with no hormone clinic nearby get the same intake, lab review, and follow-up cadence as someone in downtown Miami. When labs are ordered, they are drawn at a collection site near you and reviewed with you at your next visit.

Who qualifies in Florida.
Your provider makes the final determination during your visit. In general, care is a good fit if the following are true.
- You are 18 or older and physically located in Florida at the time of your visit
- You can complete a secure video appointment from a private space
- You can share an accurate health history, medications, and past treatment
- You are willing to complete lab work when your provider orders it
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding if considering weight or hormone medication
- You are looking for monitored, ongoing care rather than a one-time prescription
Treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Eligibility and treatment options depend on provider evaluation, medical history, current medications, lab work when clinically appropriate, and applicable laws and regulations. Results vary.
