Why online care may be convenient

Built for a city where an appointment can cost you an afternoon.

Between Brickell traffic, the Palmetto, and parking garages, a routine follow-up in Miami can eat half a day. Online visits give you the same provider relationship without the commute, so it is realistic to actually stay in care month after month.

Serving Miami

What care looks like in Miami.

Miami patients often tell us they started a program somewhere — a med spa, a gym protocol, an online prescription service — and it stalled because nobody was actually monitoring them. Care here is built around follow-up: a real provider, lab review when ordered, and adjustments over time. Visits are virtual from Brickell, the Gables, Doral, or the Beach, and labs can be drawn at a collection site near you.

Areas we serve nearby

  • Brickell and Downtown Miami
  • Coral Gables and Coconut Grove
  • Miami Beach and Mid-Beach
  • Doral and Miami Springs
  • Kendall, Pinecrest, and South Miami

Appointments are virtual and available to eligible patients anywhere in Florida and Arizona.

Eligibility

Who qualifies for care in Miami.

Your provider makes the final determination during your visit. In general, care is a good fit if the following are true.

  • You are an adult located in Florida or Arizona at the time of your visit
  • You can share an accurate health history, current medications, and any past treatment
  • You are willing to complete lab work when your provider orders it
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding if you are considering weight or hormone medication
  • You do not have a condition that makes the treatment you are asking about unsafe
  • You are looking for ongoing, monitored care rather than a one-time prescription
