Why Delray Beach patients start here

Being heard is the first step.

Most women who reach this page have already been told their labs are "normal." Normal ranges span decades of age and health status. What is usually missing is a provider who reads those numbers next to your symptoms and your history, and then explains what she sees.

Because visits are virtual, you can meet from home east of Federal Highway, from an office near Atlantic Avenue, or between school pickups west of I-95. Labs are drawn at a collection site near you and reviewed at your follow-up.

Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. A consultation is not a prescription, and therapy is recommended only when it is medically appropriate.

How it works

Four steps, start to follow-up.

  1. Private intake

You share your symptoms, cycle history, health history, medications, and what has changed for you over the past year.

  2. Telehealth visit ($150)

An unhurried video visit with Brittany to talk through symptoms that often get dismissed, and to decide which labs are appropriate.

  3. Labs near you

When ordered, labs can typically be drawn at a collection site near you in Delray Beach and reviewed together at your follow-up.

  4. Plan and follow-up ($75)

If therapy is appropriate, your plan is adjusted over time based on how you feel and what your labs show.

Hormone health for women

You often cannot know from symptoms alone. Fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruption, weight changes, and brain fog overlap with thyroid conditions, stress, sleep disorders, and medication effects. Your provider reviews your history and orders labs when clinically appropriate before discussing treatment.

Lab testing

Perimenopausal changes commonly begin years before periods stop, and symptoms can appear while cycles are still regular. Whether therapy is appropriate depends on your symptoms, history, and evaluation — not your age alone.

Yes. Brittany handles your consultation, your lab review, and every follow-up. Hormone care is an adjustment process over months, so continuity with one provider is the point rather than a bonus.

Treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Eligibility and treatment options depend on provider evaluation, medical history, current medications, lab work when clinically appropriate, and applicable laws and regulations. Results vary.
